Terms & Condition
- SIC tour states seat in coach basis where pick-up is done from different locations depending on individual tour. Hence, maximum wait time allowed is only 5-10 minutes. If the customer fails to appear on the given timing, the tour is marked as a no show.
- PVT pick-up are done from 1 location depending on individual tour. Hence, for wait time allowed is only 15-20 minutes. If the customer fails to appear on the given timing, the tour is marked as a no show
- Services marked as No-Show / not availed will not be re – arranged / re – scheduled and NO reimbursement will be offered.
- Please note in Desert Safari Belly Dance show, alcoholic beverages and entertainment activities will not be operational during the holy month of Ramadan Only Fire Show &Tanoura Dance will operate at desert camp
- Times & dates mentioned in the itinerary for tours can be changed by the ground handling team due to non-availability / restrictive reasons. Customers will be informed 24 Hours prior to the tour If applicable change is done.
Payment Terms
- Invoice for Remittance will be additional 35 USD on total invoice amount. (USD ONLY)
- Payment link will be additional 2.5% on total invoice amount. (AED ONLY)
- Payment in INR will be subject to 5% GST on total invoice.

- We do not hold any booking without payment as per company policy.
- Twin rooms and extra beds are subject to availability.
- In case museum of future activity included in quotation, it has to be pre-booked due to low availability of tickets. We do not guarantee same rates and availability of museum of tickets if not pre-booked. Pre-book require payment in advance
